SHIPPING:  This item will ship via USHIP.  Please contact me for an accurate shipping quote from our door to yours. You are welcome to pick the piece up at our location or use a shipper of your choice.

INSURANCE:  Insurance can be added at a cost of $67.50.  Any claims need to be filed through USHIP.  I am not able to guarantee the outcome of any claim filed.

DAMAGE:  In case of damage a claim must be filed with USHIP.  Uship will issue refunds (excluding shipping) are processed once payment has been received from the respective carrier.  This process can take up to 90 days.
